AM- First run back in a couple of weeks. Happy to be back on the blog, because I have really missed reporting on here as of late. It was a needed break from consistent training though, and I feel very fresh coming back. Ran a like a total of 5 miles over the break, so I got in plenty of time to focus on other things. Been doing some crossfit and strength training workouts over the break. Probably shouldn't have gone this fast for my first run, but I felt great! Excited for my training block this fall!
PM- Crossfit workout consisting of double unders and the assault bike. Did some foam rolling and stretches afterward. Overall felt good.
