AM- Got out a little later today cause I was up late at the football game. Today I decided to get in a little it of speed. Warmup 2 miles around the neighborhood then I did 8 200s with 200 jog in between. Splits were: 35,33,34,34,33,33,32,32. Felt like I kept them pretty consistent and smooth. I really want to do a little more short and fast workouts cause I need a better kick and leg speed. Cooldown 2 miles to get to 6.
