A.M- Got an early start to my morning with 6 miles at 6:45 pace. It felt really good to get in a nice morning run.
P.M- Distance run with Clayton, who fell back about three miles in. Felt a little tired in the legs until I got going, but felt good once I got a little further into it. Total distance for the was 8.5. Averaged about a 6:48 pace. Strides and core afterward with Nathan, Christian, and Jordan.
