AM- Planned on doing a tempo today, and I tried to go for it after a mile or two of warmup, but the legs were just not feeling it today. Ended up just doing some easy miles, and my legs felt much better towards the end. 7:37 average.
PM- After a long day of studying math and psychology, I was in much need of a shakeout run this evening. 5 miles easy on the canal trail to clear my mind. Felt very refreshed afterward.
