PM- Did a really tough workout today. Warmed up on the assault bike and then stretched out and got ready for the workout. The workout was 2 rounds for time of: 1 mile run in 5:45, 20 box jumps, 25 snatches, 500m row, 2 minute plank, and 20 burpees. Started out pretty good. Hit the first mile in 5:34. Then got through the first round of the box jumps, snatches and everything else. It was really tough after the first round of everything. I tried really hard to push through everything. The hardest part was probably the row and the mile. Everything else wasn't too bad. Really good workout. Gonna take it easy tomorrow and recover. Possibly will do a mile time trial on Friday. Cooldown 2 miles.
