PM- Took the ACT today which was very draining, which made me not really want to run or workout, but since I will be tapering next week for the Haunted Half on Saturday, I need to do one or two final workouts. Did a good crossfit workout with intervals and assault bike work. Then went on a medium effort run at around 6:40 pace. It was a good day for a workout, but I will probably be a little sore tomorrow.
