PM- 4.5 miles easy out by the buckskin hills. Felt very tight today just because I didn't warm up well. I really need to warm up better before I head out for my runs.
Later in the evening I decided to go to crossfit which was sort of a bad idea because I really didn't feel too good and I was very sore afterward. It was a good workout overall though, even if it hurt alot. The workout was for time 21 wall balls, 400m run, 21 wall balls, 400m run, 42 wall balls, 400m, 42 wall balls, 400m. Did it in just under 16 minutes, which isn't a great time for just that many wall balls, but I am just starting back up. Praying for our country tonight. Whatever happens God is in control.
