Ran cross country and track all throughout high school. Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

Born again Christian. I have been a type 1 diabetic since 2015 and celiac since 2018, and even though I have had my struggles with it, I still strive to live a healthy life. Senior at Utah State University studying Health Science. Hoping to go into pharmaceuticals and focus on diabetic supplies and medicine, because I am quite passionate about helping those that have the same medical condition as I do.

AM- 7.3 out to Naples and back. 7:41 average. Legs felt ok, but breathing wasn't as good as yesterday's run. 
PM- 3.2 mile shakeout in LaPoint after mowing my grandmas lawn. She has a nice 1/2 mile long dirt road, which was nice! 8:01 average.

AM- 10 miles on the Flume Trail. I was planning on going out 6 miles to make it 12 total, but once I got out to about 5 miles, the snow started to build up pretty good and I didn't want to worry about falling, so I just turned around there. Really enjoyable run though! 10:37 average.

PM- 3.1 mile commute home after helping deliver some canned food to some friends before they head off on their month long road trip. Once I got home, I did a short crossfit workout. 16 minute amrap: 30 double unders, 15 dumbell snatches, 15 situps. My back was a little tight afterward, but overall felt pretty good about the workout!

AM- 10.5 easy on one of my usual routes. Ten strides and drills afterward. Typically when I am coming by the middle school on this route, there is always some kid that taunts me or has something ignorant to say. Today it was no different lol. "Hey, nice shorts faggot." I usually just ignore these kids, but this time I just gave him the finger, because I was not in the best mood when I came by there anyways. My thinking is, if you don't have anything nice to say, then just be quiet.
