AM- 2 mile warmup, 10 x 800m w/ roughly a 2-3 minute recovery in between. Wanted to try to hit 2:50 for all of them, but I kind of negative split the workout which I am still happy with. Splits were 2:56, 2:53, 2:50, 2:52, 2:49, 2:48, 2:48, 2:49, 2:49, 2:47. Overall a good workout. 3 mile cooldown afterward.
