AM- 4 miles easy out to the old church and back before school. Average pace 7:33
PM- Did somewhat of the so called "Beast" workout. The workout was one lap with stairs, then one regular 400, then we did some type of 50 reps of core work. We did four sets of this. The last one I called for us to do burpees and everyone was quite provoked afterward. Cooldown afterward.
