AM- 5.5 on the treadmill. Lifted afterwards. 20 EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute): 5 power cleans 95lbs. 5 sets of 10 shoulder press 75lbs. Glad this month is about over, and that it will start warming up a bit.
PM- Conditioning workout in the later evening.
