AM- 5 miles easy 7:27 average. Got a Garmin 235 yesterday, and I really like it and all of the data that is available for each run from elevation gain/lost to cadence and HR. Also put my first run on Strava. I don't know if I will keep doing the blog, because I have Strava now, but I have always really liked the blog overall so I will try to do both as best I can.
