AM- Mile warmup, then did 10x800m w/ 1:00 rest. Splits were: 3:02, 2:54, 2:56, 2:51, 2:48, 2:52, 2:49, 2:47, 2:44, 2:47. Legs were pretty tired and tight, even though these paces are nothing super fast. Still happy to get in some good leg turnover though. 2 mile cooldown afterward.
