AM- Went to Crossfit for the annual Memorial Day Murph workout which is pretty tasking. 1 mile run then 100 pull-ups 200 push-ups 300 squats then another mile run my chest felt so sore the rest of the day but for a good cause!!
PM- Went to the park to run with Nathan aka Eugene it was about 6 miles!! He pushed me pretty good!! The pace was around 6:26 average of my dumb watch is correct. Anyways strides and cool down. Overall a good Memorial Day!!
