AM- Went to practice at 6am. Mile warmup with the team, dynamics and then started the workout. It was a fartlek. 2(4 min hard/4min easy). 2(3min hard/3min easy). Then finished with 2min hard. It was a good effort. I went with Eugene for most of it. He was about 75m ahead of me on each repeat. Tried to stay with him but my legs wouldn't hold up. Kept about a 5:15-5:20 pace for the hard minutes. Cooled down to 9 with Eugene.
PM- Easy 3.5 from the park to my house. Kept it really slow for some extra recovery miles.
