PM- A few strides then 2 miles in 11:38. Nothing crazy, just wanted to get the legs moving again before I start track practice next in the next few weeks. Crossfit workout after.
4 rounds of: 50 double unders, 20 pushups, 30 situps, 10 manmakers, 2 minute plank, 40 squats, and a 500m row. Hurt pretty bad. 5 sets of 10 power cleans afterward.
