Running Accomplishments:

Ran cross country and track all throughout high school. Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

Personal:

Born again Christian. I have been a type 1 diabetic since 2015 and celiac since 2018, and even though I have had my struggles with it, I still strive to live a healthy life. Senior at Utah State University studying Health Science. Hoping to go into pharmaceuticals and focus on diabetic supplies and medicine, because I am quite passionate about helping those that have the same medical condition as I do.

AM- 4.5 miles on the rec center track. 8:22 average. 33 minutes on the elliptical afterward, roughly 2.5 miles. I think I have only done the elliptical maybe one other time. 

PM- Once I got home, I did a short conditioning piece.

AM- 10k easy from Vernal Park. 8:30 average. Shoulders are still sore and aching a little bit. The burpees must have really worked me the other day.

PM- 4.3 mile "Kenyan Shuffle". I am calling this a shuffle, because my first mile was a 9:13 haha. Body just felt like going slow this afternoon.

AM- 4 miles with Ty this morning on the rec center track. Somewhat of a progression run starting off with about a 9:20 first mile and finishing with the last mile around 6:50. GPS watch was inaccurate on the track though.

PM- 3.5 miles on the treadmill. 8:35 average. Probably going to get in a good workout in the morning.
