Ran cross country and track all throughout high school. Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

Personal:

Born again Christian. I have been a type 1 diabetic since 2015 and celiac since 2018, and even though I have had my struggles with it, I still strive to live a healthy life. Senior at Utah State University studying Health Science. Hoping to go into pharmaceuticals and focus on diabetic supplies and medicine, because I am quite passionate about helping those that have the same medical condition as I do.

200 burpees in 14:55. Pretty good workout so I might just end up doing this for a few days then a few TM runs for the week.

AM- 200 burpees with some planks at the end. Went to the Smithsonian and all of the national mall today. Probably ended up walking close to 6 mikes today so that's good haha

AM- 200 burpees followed by some sit-ups and push-ups in the hotel room. Shoulders are getting tired of trying to do this much volume on burpees so I may run tomorrow.

5 miles easy on the treadmill. Average pace was 7:22. Felt good to run cause it's been a few days. Went to the White House, Fords Theater, and the Capital building today. Fun times sadly did not see Trump.

AM- 5 miles easy in the morning. Then we biked to Mount Vernon today. It was about a 12 mile bike ride through the Washington Trsil by the Potomac River. Really some beautiful areas out here I could definitely live in Virginia.

AM- 5 miles easy at 7:30 pace on the treadmill. Doing a 5k in the morning around the national mall which should be fun

AM- Decided to sign up for a little 5k to end our amazing trip to D.C. The competition was very limited second place guy ran like a 20. Was hoping for some better competition but overall it was still a fun race and a pretty good course despite the fact that there were tourists everywhere, and I had to cut into the grass several times haha. Tried to just keep the tempo up as much as I could by myself. It honestly felt more like a workout than a race.
