Ran cross country and track all throughout high school. Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

Born again Christian. I have been a type 1 diabetic since 2015 and celiac since 2018, and even though I have had my struggles with it, I still strive to live a healthy life. Senior at Utah State University studying Health Science. Hoping to go into pharmaceuticals and focus on diabetic supplies and medicine, because I am quite passionate about helping those that have the same medical condition as I do.

AM- 3.5 easy miles before school down by the golf course.

PM- Today for practice we ran up to the hill right before docks beach. Felt kinda tired on the way. Probably dehydrated some. Went pretty much the the entire run with Kedric. We kept a fair pace but nothing crazy. Felt better coming back than going out for sure. Good run overall. Average pace 6:53

PM- easy 4 miles at practice. Then afterward we played games for about an hour. Which were all running games like missionary tag and sharks and minnows which was a good time!!!

PM- Speedwork today. Didn't quite know how I would feel cause I've been totally on distance lately. But today felt really good!!! Mile warmup, dynamics then a few strides to get the legs moving. The was 1 mile, 4-800s, and then 4-400s. Mile felt a little tight but not hard. 5:33. Then the 800s felt really good hit 2:37, 2:36, 2:37, and 2:31 for the last one. 400s were 75,73,72,67. Felt like it was a really good effort today for everyone. Now ready for BYU!!! #onemomile

Got to the course and jogged about 1.5 around the track and some of the course. Chilled out for awhile and watched the other races which were sick!! Then warmed up another 1.5. Gun goes off and I got an ok start. Went out and stayed with Kedric and Clayton for a while but then I started feeling really tight in my legs and really stiff. The whole race from about a half mile in my legs were really tight. First mile was a 5:25. Not too bad. Then hit the two mile in 11:22. Then finished with a 17:23. Wasn't near the race I wanted and the way I wanted to feel but I tried. I'm gonna just have to make sure my legs feel good before. S/O to my boy Kedric for getting top 30 and a killer time way to go man. Also S/O to Rylie for also killing it and to the rest of the team!!!
