So today was our last hard workout before region and it was speed. We started out with a 800 and coach wanted us to pace the first 400 and go hard on the second 400. First lap was around an 80 and then started to pick it up. 2:34. Felt more like a good stride out the second lap. Then we did some 400s with finishes at different parts. Hit 72,68,71,75. After that we did some 200s I am not sure my splits on those but probably low 30s. Overall a good workout before region.
