Running Accomplishments:

Ran cross country and track all throughout high school. Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

Personal:

Born again Christian. I have been a type 1 diabetic since 2015 and celiac since 2018, and even though I have had my struggles with it, I still strive to live a healthy life. Senior at Utah State University studying Health Science. Hoping to go into pharmaceuticals and focus on diabetic supplies and medicine, because I am quite passionate about helping those that have the same medical condition as I do.

AM- 12.3 miles starting from Vernal City Park, out to Naples, then back to the park. This week I will probably not be running much, only when I feel like it, then I will start training for my upcoming races in the spring. Thinking about doing Salt Lake City Marathon in April with some shorter distance races and time trials along the way.

AM- Easy 4.1 miles from home. 7:53 average. Seemed warmer out today, since it was overcast.

AM- 5.1 snowy and slushy miles from the park. Had to slow the pace down quite a bit, because of poor traction and footing. 8:27 average.

AM- 5.1 miles from the park, down towards Maine, and back to the park. 7:47 average. Roads were pretty wet and slushy, but still a pretty good run. Either going to start my training block for spring next week or the next, but the first two weeks will be easy miles.

PM- 5.3 miles in between math sessions to help clear my mind. Felt good 7:27 average. It was nice that the roads were dry.
