Running Accomplishments:

Ran cross country and track all throughout high school. Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

Personal:

Born again Christian. I have been a type 1 diabetic since 2015 and celiac since 2018, and even though I have had my struggles with it, I still strive to live a healthy life. Senior at Utah State University studying Health Science. Hoping to go into pharmaceuticals and focus on diabetic supplies and medicine, because I am quite passionate about helping those that have the same medical condition as I do.

AM- 6.2 miles out towards Naples, and then making loops around home for the last 2 miles. My right ankle felt stiff for the first mile, but after that it started to loosen up.

PM- 8.5 miles on the TM. 7:32 average. Ankle felt better on this one versus earlier this morning. I also think that I might try to go for my first 100 mile week as long as weather cooperates nicely.

PM- 8.5 miles after studying for finals. 8:01 average.

PM#2: 8 miles making loops around Aggie. 8:30 average.

I experienced really low blood sugars on both afternoon runs, which didn't feel great. Not as bad as hyperglycemia though.

AM- 10k out to Naples and back. Legs felt a little sluggish after yesterday's triple, but other than that everything was pretty good. 8:32 average. Fully into finals week now!

PM- 4.3 after my Stats exam. 7:36 average.

AM- 15.5 miles. 8:15 average. Legs felt kind of dead, yet somewhat fresh. It was a weird feeling. Since it is Friday the 13th, I made sure to go on a safer route for this run.

AM- 10.5 miles in some slush and snow to start. Even though I have hit 100 miles on the blog this week, I still want to hit it on Strava as well, so I will get that tomorrow.
