First day with the watch since Sunday, which has been kind of nice to just go by feel on running. 7:56 average pace. Blood sugars were really high last night during the soccer game, so I didn't feel the greatest for today's run.

PM- 3.55 mile shakeout w/ some quick weights and core.
Thu, 20 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Wed, Jun 19, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-19-2019.html Wed, 19 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Tue, Jun 18, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-18-2019.html Tue, 18 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Mon, Jun 17, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-17-2019.html Mon, 17 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Sun, Jun 16, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-16-2019.html
AM- 4.6 miles easy. Felt better today than yesterday. Breathing is a little bit shallow, but that is to be somewhat expected.
Sun, 16 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Sat, Jun 15, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-15-2019.html
AM- 3.5 very slow. Didn't end up getting in a run like I wanted to yesterday, because I had to really catch up on some statistics and anatomy that was due yesterday. Even though it was slow, I felt decent for not running for a little over two weeks. Probably gonna try to do around 5 everyday this next week, then bump up the mileage, based on how my body is feeling.
Sat, 15 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Thu, Jun 13, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-13-2019.html
AM- 3.3 mile walk from home. Went to the doctor this morning, and she said that my health has improved enough that I can start my running back up tomorrow. She wants me to go by feel and keep the mileage low for now. Anywhere from 3-6 miles for now. I am glad to be back running tomorrow!
Thu, 13 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Sat, Jun 01, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-06-01-2019.html
AM- 3 mile walk today. So I just want to update on the blog with my health and what is concerning me, my doctor, and my family. Overall since around late December/early January, running has just not felt the same. I have not been enjoying my runs, and haven't had a lot of energy to complete workouts, such as tempos and speed. On Wednesday, I ran home from my anatomy class, which was about 7 miles, and felt pretty bad all throughout the run. When I got home, my blood glucose level was almost 600. Finally got the blood glucose down to somewhat a safe range, and went to play my 7 on 7 soccer game that night. Breathing felt bad and my body just felt weak. On Thursday, I ran 10.5, and was breathing very hard at about 8:30-8:45 pace, which is definitely not normal for me, because that should be a very easy and relaxed recovery run for me. Once I got home, my family and I decided that I needed to go see my doctor. Turns out I have lost quite a bit of weight over the course of the last ten days (over 10 lbs). My lymph nodes are swollen and I am anemic, which explains why my body is always cold, and I just don't have the energy or motivation to run or do much physical activity in general. My doctor is having me do more blood work on Monday, to get more of a good diagnosis as to what all is going on with my body. As of right now, I am not allowed to run, just walk for the next two weeks until I have a follow up appointment with my doctor. I am hoping that there is nothing too serious going on, but whatever it takes for me to feel like myself again, I will definitely be doing my best to get healthy. I know this is a long post, but I just felt like I wanted to share what has been going on lately. Even though it is frustrating that I don't know when I will be able to run again, I know that I will come back a stronger and happier runner, once I get myself feeling better. Over the next two weeks, even though I will just be walking, I will still post here and there, just to stay updated on the blog.
Sat, 01 Jun 2019 06:00:00 Thu, May 30, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-05-30-2019.html
AM- 10.5 miles from Vernal Park. Forgot to charge watch last night, so no worries about pace today.
Thu, 30 May 2019 06:00:00 Wed, May 29, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-05-29-2019.html
PM- 7.4 mile commute from Aggie to home after anatomy. Not feeling good today, because my blood sugar levels were much higher than they should have been. Just dehydrated and fatigue on this run.

Later in the evening I had my first 7 on 7 soccer game, which was pretty fun. Felt a little better during this, but still trying to get my BG levels down. I am counting this as 2 miles, because I ran a lot during this match as a mid fielder.
Wed, 29 May 2019 06:00:00 Tue, May 28, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-05-28-2019.html
AM- 7 on the TM. Raining outside pretty good this morning, but I am not going to complain because we need the moisture for the dry, hot summer coming soon.
Tue, 28 May 2019 06:00:00 Sat, May 25, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-05-25-2019.html
AM- 7.1 easy miles from Aggie. Rained all day yesterday, so it is nice to have some sunshine and warmer weather this morning.
Sat, 25 May 2019 06:00:00 Thu, May 23, 2019 http://kenny.fastrunningblog.com/blog-05-23-2019.html
AM- First post in about a week. Been really busy with life lately, from Human Anatomy and Stats, to Chem and Pharmacy Tech. I can't remember what days I have ran in the past week, but even though it has not been much I have tried to get in what I can in the last week. Really rainy today, so I just did this run on the TM.
Thu, 23 May 2019 06:00:00
