I feel like I did pretty, and it was easier than most of mid-term tests all semester haha!</p> <p>PM- 2 mile warmup, then did a 3 mile tempo in 17:52. Haven&#39;t really done a lot of workouts lately, so it felt good to go fast. Didn&#39;t feel to hard of a tempo. 2 mile cooldown and some stretcing afterward. Legs felt pretty good.</p> <p>PM- 13 mile medium long run with Ty. 7:32 average pace. It was a really good run. Kept everything easy until the last mile, which was a 5:40. Cloudy day outside.</p> <p>PM- Tonight I did possibly the hardest crossfit workout I have done for a while. It was practically similar to one that I have done in the past but more volume. The workout was: 4 rounds of 50-40-30-20-10 reps of double under jump ropes, with 10 burpees in between each. My shoulders were totally fried by the end of this and I was breathing really hard from the burpees. Had a lot of lactic acid during most of it as well. Did this run at the park mostly on grass, and even though there was frost on the ground it was still nice to run on a softer surface for a change.</p> <p>PM- 4 miles with the first 3 miles being up tempo. 6:36 average pace. I feel kinda slow right now and really no spring or bounce in the legs. Most of the run took place out on the Buckskin Hills and then back towards the house. My left hip didn&#39;t hurt during the run, and overall I felt very good. Legs were not very tired, but once I got about halfway my hip started to hurt like it did from the marathon.
