A.M- So today was our hill repeats at Yellow Hill, but I had a doctors appointment that afternoon and I wasn't going to make it to practice but instead I did a 5 mile tempo at 6:16 pace. Felt good and was a hard effort to keep up with.
P.M.- Even though I didn't make practice I still wanted to go to Crossfit, so I did about an hour of strength. Afterwards I did a 4 mile easy run. With strides at the end.
