Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

| AM- Easy 10k. 8:49 average. Took it very slow this morning, first mile was like a 9:45 lol. It did feel good to get a run in today though, and I actually loosened up a lot towards the end. The downhill parts of this run hurt.
PM- 4.3 easy around my neighborhood. Listened to music on this run for the first time in a while. 8:44 average. Very enjoyable fall evening!

| AM- Another easy 10k jog from Vernal Park. Legs are still somewhat sore, but getting better everyday. Might hit up another easy shakeout tonight like I did last night. Going to keep things slow this week though.
PM- 5.3 from home, up to Maine St. and back to home. 7:41 average. With the last two at 7 flat, which felt good!

| AM- 16.5 this morning, mostly on the canal trail. Legs were pretty tired this morning, but it felt good to be out in the cool weather! 38 degrees out this morning, so I wore a light jacket. Only three weekends till Chicago Marathon, which is exciting!
