AM: 3.37 mile easy run+ 30 min easy assault bike.
PM: 30 min GCN HIIT workout on the assault bike. This one consisted of 8x 30 second intervals with 1-2 minute rest between each one. Also did some rowing intervals after that consisting of: 4x 100m, 4x 250m, 4x 500m, 4x 250m, 4x 100m. Tough one!
