AM- Long warmup, 10x 1 minute hills, cooldown. Good hill workout today, but they were pretty tough, because I haven't done these dirt hills for over two years. Thinking about doing my first century ride sometime soon, so that should be quite an experience. Don't know if I should do loops around town, or a totally random route, like Vernal to Rangely, CO and back.
PM- McCoy Flats: Slippery When Wet Trail Run w/ the Vernal Trail Runners Group. Nice and easy running with them tonight.
