Noon: 90 minute walk+ 30 minutes (10 miles) on Zwift Watopia.
PM: Aggie Rec Center workout tonight. 5 laps warmup then did a 30 minute amrap of: 500m row, 1 lap running, 10 kettle bell swings (45 lbs). Overall, I felt really good during this workout. During the rowing I felt like my breathing was controlled holding right around a 2:05-2:10/500m pace.
