AM: Off.
PM: 3 miles easy on the treadmill. Very windy and cold today. After the treadmill run I did a metabolic conditioning workout. 20 minute amrap: 50 jump ropes, 10 hang power cleans, 1 minute assault bike. Got 7 rounds+ 50 jump ropes+ 5 hang power cleans. Overall, I felt strong throughout this training session. Working on getting my breathing pattern back again on my runs right now.
