PM- Did my last hard effort workout today before the half marathon this weekend. Decided to just do the good old workout that consists of 2 rounds of 1 mile run in 5:45 then 20 box jumps, 25 db snatches, 500m row, 2 minute plank, and finish off with 20 burpees at the end of both rounds. It was pretty tough I will admit. This workout always hurts everytime that I do it. Especially doing the second mile when my entire core and upper body is burning from the snatches and plank. But a really good workout. Cooldown 2 miles afterward.
