Met a lot of great people and enjoyed the races, travel time, and the overall process for all four years. I made varsity several times throughout high school, but had to work quite a bit for it as well. Overall, had a great experience with it though!

| Noon: 90 minute walk+ 30 minutes (10 miles) on Zwift Watopia.
PM: Aggie Rec Center workout tonight. 5 laps warmup then did a 30 minute amrap of: 500m row, 1 lap running, 10 kettle bell swings (45 lbs). Overall, I felt really good during this workout. During the rowing I felt like my breathing was controlled holding right around a 2:05-2:10/500m pace.

| PM: Aggie Rec Center today. Did around 30 minutes on the indoor track today. Watch said 2.8 but I went around 24 laps so it was basically 3 today. Core/strength lower body afterward: 3x 10 back squat, 3x 10 good mornings, 3x 10 dumbell lunges. Blood glucose level dropped down to 56 mg/dL during the run, so I was starting to feel weak and shakey during the run. Other than that I felt good during the workout today.

| AM: Off.
PM: 3 miles easy on the treadmill. Very windy and cold today. After the treadmill run I did a metabolic conditioning workout. 20 minute amrap: 50 jump ropes, 10 hang power cleans, 1 minute assault bike. Got 7 rounds+ 50 jump ropes+ 5 hang power cleans. Overall, I felt strong throughout this training session. Working on getting my breathing pattern back again on my runs right now.
