AM: Took Friday and Saturday off. Stomach wasn't feeling well the past two days and I think that if I tried to get a workout in, I would have regretted it. Today I did 45 minutes on the assault bike (12.3 miles) and then I did core/strength full body for strength. 3x 10 back squats, 5x 3 power cleans, 3x 10 bench press.
